  I visited Businesswoman Priya Verma on 13/March/2021. When I walked into that clinic for a dental checkup of my 4.5 year old son, I had a belief and a trust that I would not be cheated. But what happened after the meeting, I was left shocked and cheated.I had gone to treat my son for tooth decay. I was informed that few fillings and one extraction will be done. During the process also, I was told that few fillings are done and few remaining.But it was never communicated that Root canal will be done and that too for 5 teeths in a single sitting. When we, being elders, are only treated for 1 root canal at one sitting, why was my son treated for 5 Root canals in a single sitting and that too without informing us ??It was her duty and responsibility to inform us about the whole process and budget..And after this whole process, when the bill amount was told to me, it was Rs54000/-. And she pitied us and said due to your "FINANCIAL CRISIS" , she was giving us a discount of 15%. I was shocked, felt insulted and was in disbelief. I paid Rs45900/- then and there itself. Then last evening we had a call and she was giving us an offer of next treatment free. I mean who on earth will go back to such a person whom you don’t trust and that too with your small kid and risk their lives. This is totally unacceptable. My son has been in discomfort and pain since yesterday. We have been in shock and trauma due to this. I feel we have been cheated, insulted. Even if she treats my son for free next time, I would never ever go back and visit her.  I have learned a lesson in life and would want everyone to be aware about this so that no one else gets cheated and insulted like we were.
